# Individual Pupil Progress Report

## Problem
You need to run and download the Individual Pupil Progress Report in ActivityPortal, showing where pupils are against each skill in a level.

## Resolution

1. **Open the report**
   - In ActivityPortal, click the **Reports** tab.
   - Click **Individual pupil progress report**.

2. **Filter the pupils**
   - The report loads against the organisation/school that is logged in.
   - Use the filters to target the groups, ability groups, level and completed status of the pupils.

3. **Download the report**
   - When you are happy with which pupils will be in the report, click **Download CSV**.
   - The downloaded report gives a breakdown of where each pupil is against each skill within the selected level.

## Notes

- Your real skill names appear in the downloaded report.
