Individual Pupil Progress Report

Problem

You need to run and download the Individual Pupil Progress Report in ActivityPortal, showing where pupils are against each skill in a level.

Resolution

1. Open the report

   • In ActivityPortal, click the Reports tab.
   • Click Individual pupil progress report.

2. Filter the pupils

   • The report loads against the organisation/school that is logged in.
   • Use the filters to target the groups, ability groups, level and completed status of the pupils.

3. Download the report

   • When you are happy with which pupils will be in the report, click Download CSV.
   • The downloaded report gives a breakdown of where each pupil is against each skill within the selected level.

Notes

• Your real skill names appear in the downloaded report.
