# How to Target Payment Plan Options within Your Contact Triggers

## Problem
You want a contact trigger to be sent only to members on specific payment plans or payment plan options.

## Resolution

1. **Open the trigger**
   - Click **Add Trigger**, or **Edit** an existing trigger.

2. **Enable payment plan targeting**
   - Scroll down to the **Payment Plans** section and tick the **Enabled?** box.
     - **Enabled?**: select this to limit the payment plans that this trigger is sent to.
     - **All Options?**: select this to apply the trigger to all payment plan options.

3. **Select the payment plan options**
   - In **Selected Payment Plan Options**, move the options you want from **Unselected values** to **Selected values**:
     - **To target every option within a specific payment plan**: click **Select All** next to the payment plan's name, then click the right arrow.
     - **To target one specific payment plan option**: highlight that option and click the right arrow. It moves to the right-hand side.
