# How to Book a Member Using Remaining Credits in GoLearn

## Problem
Reception staff need to book a member onto a class using any remaining credits on the member’s account. This process is necessary when the member has unused credits from a previous booking, and the system should automatically apply those credits toward the new booking.

## Resolution

1. **Check remaining credits**
   - From the Members section, open the member record.
   - Confirm the number of remaining credits available on their account.

2. **Start a booking**
   - Select the Book section.
   - Enter the relevant Level and select the class or block of sessions.

3. **Add the member**
   - Search for and select the member you wish to book.

4. **Continue with booking**
   - Select Continue.
   - If selling in blocks (for example, 10 sessions at a time), proceed as normal.

5. **Apply remaining credits**
   - The system will display available credits and calculate the remaining balance.
   - Select Confirm to apply the credits.

6. **Review payment**
   - Go to G360 > Check-In.
   - Find the member and open their Sales tab.
   - Check that the system shows any outstanding balance after credits are applied.

7. **Complete payment**
   - Select Options, then Add to Basket.
   - Take payment for the remaining sessions as required.

## Notes

- **Troubleshooting:**  
  If remaining credits do not appear, check the member's record to confirm credits are still available and have not already been used.
