# How to Add Images to Contact Triggers

## Problem
You want to add an image to the message of a Contact Trigger in GoLearn by linking to an image that is hosted online.

## Resolution

1. **Copy the image URL**
   - For example, if you have an image on your company website, right-click it and select **Copy image URL**.

2. **Insert an image in the message**
   - Go into your Contact Trigger and, in the **Message** editor toolbar, click the **image** icon.

3. **Paste the URL**
   - In the **Image Properties** window (**Image Info** tab), paste the URL into the **URL** field.
   - Optional fields include **Alternative Text**, **Width**, **Height**, **Border**, **HSpace**, **VSpace** and **Alignment**. A **Preview** of the image is shown in the window.

4. **Confirm**
   - Click **OK**. The image should now appear in the message of your Contact Trigger.

## Notes

- The image must be hosted online (any web-based image), for example on your company website.
