How to Add Images to Contact Triggers

Problem

You want to add an image to the message of a Contact Trigger in GoLearn by linking to an image that is hosted online.

Resolution

1. Copy the image URL

   • For example, if you have an image on your company website, right-click it and select Copy image URL.

2. Insert an image in the message

   • Go into your Contact Trigger and, in the Message editor toolbar, click the image icon.

3. Paste the URL

   • In the Image Properties window (Image Info tab), paste the URL into the URL field.
   • Optional fields include Alternative Text, Width, Height, Border, HSpace, VSpace and Alignment. A Preview of the image is shown in the window.

4. Confirm

   • Click OK. The image should now appear in the message of your Contact Trigger.

Notes

• The image must be hosted online (any web-based image), for example on your company website.
