# How Class Spaces Update on the Overview Page

## Problem
A member has been marked to leave a class, but the class still shows as **Full** on the Overview page and the space has not become available yet.

## Root Cause
On the **Overview** page, class availability only updates once the member's final session date has passed. Even if a member is marked to leave in two weeks' time, they are still considered to be occupying a space in the class until their final session has taken place.

## Resolution

1. **Wait for the member's final session date to pass**
   - The class continues to display as it does now until the final session has taken place.
   - Once that date has passed, the Overview page updates and shows the space as available from the following week onwards.

## Notes

- Example: a member's final session is on 1st June, and there is only one remaining space in the class. The class continues to display as **Full** up until that date. Once 1st June has passed, the Overview page updates and shows one available space from the following week onwards.
