# GoLearn School Swimming Reports

## Problem
Users want to access and use predefined reports within Activity Portal to track pupil progress in School Swimming courses.

## Resolution

1. **Accessing Reports**
   1. Navigate to the **Reports** section in Activity Portal.
   2. Select the report you wish to run.

2. **Select Scheme**
   - Choose the relevant scheme that applies to your School Swimming course (this will be the scheme you have configured in GoLearn).

3. **Using and Filtering Reports**
   - **Average Time To Complete Report**
     1. Filter by Group.
     2. Filter by Ability groups (if applicable).
     3. Choose a date range.
     4. Download the report as a CSV file.
   - **Percentage Completed Report**
     1. Filter by Level completed.
     2. Filter by Groups.
     3. Filter by Ability groups.
     4. Download the report as a CSV file.
   - **Progress Report**
     1. Set a date range.
     2. Filter by Group.
     3. Filter by Type (Completed, Available, In Progress).
     4. Filter by Level.
     5. Download the report as a CSV file.
   - **Session Attendance Report**
     1. Download the report. This will automatically generate a CSV file showing attendance for all pupils.

## Notes
- Filter options may differ depending on the report.
- More enhancements to the Reports page are planned for future releases. This guide will be updated as new features are introduced.
