GoLearn – Recovering Missing Classes

Problem

Future classes are missing from the GoLearn overview screen, and you need to restore them.

Resolution

1. Find the class

   • From the overview screen, find the last occurrence of a class that is missing.
   • Double-click the class to open its details.

2. Edit the class

   • Click the Edit button on the right-hand side, in the Actions panel.

3. Re-save the class time

   • Scroll down to the Class Dates section and click Change Time.
   • Click Done without changing any settings.
   • The From date field defaults to today. This is correct and can be ignored.

4. Save the class

   • Click Save Class.
   • Wait a few seconds. The missing classes should reappear in the GoLearn overview screen.
