# Generate Contact Trigger Sends Report

## Problem
You want to see which messages contact triggers have sent to members, by running and downloading the **Contact Trigger Sends** report in GoLearn Reports.

## Resolution

1. **Open the report list**
   - In **Reports**, click the report selector (currently showing **Overview**) to open the list of available reports.

2. **Select the report**
   - At the bottom of the list, click **Contact Trigger Sends**.

3. **Review the fields**
   - The following fields are set by default, and you can add more by clicking the white space in the **Select your fields** box:
     - Member ID
     - Card ID
     - First Name
     - Last Name
     - Contact Trigger Name
     - Send Date
     - Message Type
     - Trigger Type
     - Contact Info
     - Class Name
     - Class Day Time
     - Teacher First Name
     - Teacher Last Name
     - Course Name
     - Centre Name
     - Region Name

4. **Set the filters**
   - The available filters are:
     - **From Date** (required)
     - **To Date** (required)
     - **Regions**
     - **Centres**
     - **Courses**
     - **Contact Trigger**
     - **Trigger Type**

5. **Run and download the report**
   - Click **Update Report**.
   - The data returns and can be downloaded by clicking the **Download** button.

## Notes

- A **From Date** and **To Date** must be entered before the report will run.
