Date Signed Up To Class Filter

Problem

You want to target message recipients in the CommsPortal based on when they signed up to a class, using the Date Signed Up To Class filter.

Resolution

1. Add the filter

   • In the CommsPortal, when creating a segment or selecting your audience for a message, click Add Filter.
   • Click Date Signed Up To Class.

2. Choose an option

   • The following options are presented:

     Type	Options
     Relative	is (in the past), is less than, is more than
     Absolute	is, is after, is before, is not
     Other	is empty, is not empty

3. Enter the value

   • For some options you enter a number of days, for example: Date Signed Up To Class is 3 days ago.
   • For other options you select an actual date from a calendar, for example: Date Signed Up To Class is after 1st July 2026.
