Add Welsh Translations Placeholders in your Trigger

Problem

You want to use Welsh Translations message placeholders when creating or editing a Contact Trigger in GoLearn, and need to know where to find them.

Resolution

1. Open the trigger

   • Click Add Trigger, or edit an existing trigger.

2. Open the placeholders

   • Click Message Placeholders.

3. Find the Welsh Translations folder

   • At the bottom of the placeholder folders (below Course, Allocation, Homeportal, GoLearn, Adverts, Movement and General) you will find the Welsh Translations folder.

4. Insert the placeholder

   • Expand the Welsh Translations folder and select the placeholder you need to insert it into your message.
   • Examples of placeholders in the folder include:
     • You have
     • Duration
     • Day
     • Cancelled (Date)
     • Leave Type

Notes

• Welsh Language must be enabled in your GoLearn for the Welsh Translations placeholders to be available.
