# Updating Site Information, Facilities, and Amenities in GoJoin

## Problem
Users need to update site details—including contact information, address, site location, facilities, and amenities—so that customers see accurate information on the GoJoin Site Finder page.

## Resolution

1. **Navigate to Sites Configuration**
   - In Go Operator, go to:  
     `Configuration` > `Centre Configuration` > `Site Configuration` > `Sites`.

2. **Select the Site**
   - Find the site you wish to update.
   - Click the **Manage** option next to the site.
   - If you have many sites, use the magnifying glass icon to search for the specific site.

3. **Review Site Information**
   - Check the following fields:
     - Name, Description, and Legal Name
     - Address, Telephone, Email, and Site URL
     - **Active** and **Web Visible** status

   - If the **Active** or **Web Visible** options are not selected, the site may not appear in GoJoin.

4. **Update Latitude and Longitude**
   - Add or update the site's latitude and longitude to ensure correct location mapping in the Site Finder.
   - If unsure of these values, open your site in Google Maps, right-click the location, and copy the latitude and longitude.

5. **Update Facilities and Amenities**
   - Select each facility and amenity available at the site. These will be shown on the GoJoin Site Finder page.
   - You can also update the site's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in this section.

6. **Save Your Changes**
   - After making all required updates, click **Save** to apply the changes.
   - The Site Finder page will update with the latest information.

## Notes

- **Site not appearing on the website**: ensure both the **Active** and **Web Visible** checkboxes are selected for the site.
- **Incorrect site location on map**: double-check that the correct latitude and longitude values from Google Maps have been entered.
