Notes
- With the setting on, the primary member or guardian can book for, and see the bookings of, the people linked to them. This works one way only.
- For junior members, the primary member always has access and control to book classes for them.
- For linked members who are not juniors, each member can choose whether to allow the primary member to book on their behalf. This permission is optional and controlled by the linked member.
- Group memberships must have been created and configured, as these are required for Book for Others to work.
- If the primary still cannot book for linked members, check the GMC Linked Member Bookings settings in
Configuration Manager > Member Facing Global. - Related: Group, Junior and Linked Memberships in Gladstone Go; How to Configure Linked Member Invitation Emails in Go Operator; How to Use Linked Membership Features in Gladstone Go.
