# Recurring Card Payments (RCP)

## Problem
You need to understand how Recurring Card Payments (RCP), which charge a customer's stored card automatically each period, are set up across Plus2, the GMC and Go, and where each task is covered.

## Notes

- RCP is controlled by one field: the subscription's **Payment method**. Collection runs automatically in daily batches; there is no manual run.
- Only the customer can add a card, in their Go wallet. Staff never see card details.
- Online RCP payments are refunded in GladstonePay, not with 360 refund permissions.
