## Problem
Staff need to issue or remove a customer's card or fob in Gladstone 360, deal with lost cards, and know when they should change a member's status or price level.

## Resolution

1. **Add a card or token**
   - Select **Add**, swipe the card, choose the token type and save.
   - A record can hold one token of each type (for example a card and a fob) but not two of the same type.

2. **Remove a lost or unused card (if applicable)**
   - Delete with **Register card as lost / no longer in use = Yes** to delete the number permanently (it can't be reused).
   - Set it to **No** to remove the card but allow it to be re-added later (for example if found or recycled).
   - A deleted card stops working at all entry points.

3. **Confirm pending eligibility (if applicable)**
   - Memberships that need proof (for example concessions bought online) can give a *Pending eligibility* status that the entry point denies.
   - When proof is seen in person (for example corporate ID), staff with permission change the status to the member status in **Personal details**.

## Notes

- The list of cards registered as lost is only visible in Plus2.
- **Status vs price level**: price levels follow age/eligibility (for example adult, senior, junior) and control what a customer can buy, so front of house should never change them manually. Status shows membership state; the main change staff make is *Pending eligibility* to current member once proof is seen. Debtor-type statuses are cleared by the back office.
- **Home site** decides which site online bookings are credited to.
- For corporate memberships, a user-field tab (for example *Corporate membership*: company pick-list plus an expiry date field) can be shown on the record and made mandatory in the corporate membership workflow, so it's reportable.
