## Problem

Reception and bookings staff need to cancel or amend a member's existing class or facility booking in Gladstone360, and check whether the change creates a cancellation charge.

## Resolution

1. **Open the member's existing booking**
   - In Gladstone360 Check-in, open the member's account and go to the **Bookings** tab.

2. **Choose the required booking action**
   - Select the option to cancel or move the booking.
   - Classes can only be cancelled and then re-booked.
   - Activity bookings can be cancelled or moved.

3. **Complete the cancellation or move**
   - Follow the on-screen flow for the selected action.
   - Confirm the change with the member, including any applicable cancellation or dishonour charge.

## Notes

- Always check the cancellation window before confirming a change with the member. Late changes may carry a charge that is easy to overlook.
- If a member disputes a cancellation charge, check the exact time the cancellation was made against the class's configured cancellation window and any dishonour rules.
