Notes
360 works on the same data as Plus2 but is deliberately limited for front-of-house use: for example, no back-dated memberships and no discounts on membership fees. Keep an approved Plus2 route for anything 360 doesn't yet do.
360's own settings are under the cog, top right of 360:
Cog item Purpose Communication ports Technical: COM ports for swipe readers and gates. A new PC may need its port set up by Gladstone. Configuration Tills and Workflows PC settings Hardware service, current site, designation, check-in profile, till, screen layout Printers Receipt and ticket printers POS readings X, Z, user shift and terminal readings Tills, PC settings, printers and readings are covered from Gladstone 360 Check-in Screen and Point of Sale (Till).
Centre Manager: new booking sheets opened from the 360 home screen are view-only at first: you can see bookings but not tick attendance there yet. Swiping or Record attendance still checks people in. Plus2 booking sheets continue to work alongside. Some Centre Manager functions depend on the release deployed. Centre Manager gives a read-only booking sheet with favourites, useful for staff who need to see bookings without Plus2 access.
The full list of individual permissions is in the Gladstone 360 Permission Reference Overview. Day-to-day front-of-house use is in Gladstone 360 – Logging In, Member Records and Managing Memberships.
