## Problem
Staff need to freeze, cancel, upgrade or downgrade a member's membership in Gladstone 360, and administrators need to set up the workflows, statuses and products that make this work. You need to know where each task is covered.

## Resolution

1. **[Creating a Membership Freeze in G360 and Plus2](creating-a-membership-freeze-in-g360-and-plus2.md)**
   - Before staff can freeze: the freeze status, freeze fee product and Freeze contact workflows.

2. **[Freezing a Membership in Gladstone 360](freezing-a-membership-in-gladstone-360.md)**
   - When a member wants to pause their membership, or a freeze needs extending or ending early.

3. **[Building a Gladstone 360 Cancel Membership Workflow](building-a-gladstone-360-cancel-membership-workflow.md)**
   - Before staff can cancel: the Cancel membership workflow, notice period and what changes on the cancellation date.

4. **[Cancelling a Membership in Gladstone 360](cancelling-a-membership-in-gladstone-360.md)**
   - When a member cancels, inside or outside the cooling-off period, or changes their mind.

5. **[Using the Gladstone 360 Memberships Tab](using-the-gladstone-360-memberships-tab.md)**
   - When a member upgrades or downgrades, or their bank details change.

6. **[Gladstone 360 Contacts GMC Settings](gladstone-360-contacts-gmc-settings.md)**
   - When setting the minimum membership term and notice needed before a freeze.

## Notes

- These tasks are done by your staff in 360 (Contacts), with Plus2 statuses and products; members can't yet do them online. Give the workflows only to the roles that should use them.
- Bank details can be updated in 360 by staff with the **Edit Bank Details** permission. The change is sent to the bank automatically.
- RCP subscriptions: [Cancelling, Freezing and Refunding RCP Subscriptions](cancelling-freezing-and-refunding-rcp-subscriptions.md).
