Configuring Screen Profiles for Gladstone360

Problem

You need to control which user fields appear on customer records in Gladstone 360 and in workflow additional-information steps, using Plus2 screen profiles.

Resolution

  1. Create or edit the member record screen profile

    • In Plus2, go to Configuration > Membership > Screen Profiles and select New, or open the existing profile.
    • The member record's user field tabs in 360 come from a screen profile whose ID must start USERF. Only fields listed after Privacy policy are user fields.
  2. Organise the fields into pages

    • Select Add Page to create a new tab (for example Medical, Membership), name it and confirm. Add page inserts after the current page, and the Standard page can't be renamed.
    • Select a user field from Available Fields and move it into the tab using the chevron.
    • Set the field status (Optional, Advisable or Required).
    • Select Save.
  3. Create a workflow screen profile (if applicable)

    • For a workflow's additional information step, create a separate screen profile (for example G0001 Concession with concession eligibility required) and pick it on the step.
    • Use screen profiles in workflows to capture information such as cancellation reasons.
    • Required fields must be completed before continuing. 360 treats Advisable as optional.
  4. Log out and back in

    • Log out of 360 and back in to see changes.
  5. Check the fields in Gladstone 360

    • Open a customer record in Gladstone 360 and find the new tab.
    • Select Edit to update the field values, then Save.
