# Accessing Direct Debit and EFT Reports in the Gladstone Management Console (GMC)

## Problem
Administrators need to find and access the BACS Direct Debit reports in the Gladstone Management Console (GMC), to review AUDDIS runs, collections or failures related to direct debit processing.

## Resolution

1. **Log in to Gladstone360**
   - Sign in to **Gladstone360** and select the **GMC**.

2. **Open Electronic Funds Transfer**
   - In the left-hand pane, select **Electronic Funds Transfer** to expand the menu.

3. **Access the Reports**
   - Locate and select from the available reports:
     - **AUDDIS Run Report**
     - **Collection Run Report**
     - **Collection Run Analysis Report**
     - **Collection Failure Report**

## Notes

- **Applies to**: administrators responsible for running and reporting on the direct debit process, and users with access to Gladstone360 and the GMC.
- **Which application**: this task is completed within the GMC, which is launched from Gladstone360.
- **Prerequisites**: access to Gladstone360, and permissions to access the GMC.
- **Important**: the menu may appear differently depending on your permission levels. The four reports will still be available within the **Electronic Funds Transfer** menu.
