Accessing Direct Debit and EFT Reports in the Gladstone Management Console (GMC)

Problem

Administrators need to find and access the BACS Direct Debit reports in the Gladstone Management Console (GMC), to review AUDDIS runs, collections or failures related to direct debit processing.

Resolution

1. Log in to Gladstone360

   • Sign in to Gladstone360 and select the GMC.

2. Open Electronic Funds Transfer

   • In the left-hand pane, select Electronic Funds Transfer to expand the menu.

   

3. Access the Reports

   • Locate and select from the available reports:
     • AUDDIS Run Report
     • Collection Run Report
     • Collection Run Analysis Report
     • Collection Failure Report

Notes

• Applies to: administrators responsible for running and reporting on the direct debit process, and users with access to Gladstone360 and the GMC.
• Which application: this task is completed within the GMC, which is launched from Gladstone360.
• Prerequisites: access to Gladstone360, and permissions to access the GMC.
• Important: the menu may appear differently depending on your permission levels. The four reports will still be available within the Electronic Funds Transfer menu.
