EyeQ: Online Sales Report
Problem
You need to generate a report in EyeQ to show information about online sales made via Connect, Join At Home, or MobilePro within the last 6 months.
Resolution
Log into EyeQ.
Go to Query Builder and select Create a Query.
In the Select Fields section, add the following:
Sales Detail Table:
- Contact ID
- Booking Cancelled
- Gross Amount
- Net Amount
- Participation Date Time
- Participation Site
- Payment Method
- Product ID
- Quantity
- Status
- Status Date
- Tax Amount
- User ID
Contacts Detail Table:
- Full Name
Product Hierarchy
- Cost Centre
- Department
- Product
In the Conditions section, add:
- Sales Detail Table: Payment Method
Modify the condition to read:
- Sales Detail Payment Method is equal to XXXX, where "XXXX" is the Payment Method for online transactions.
- By default, this is usually WEB for online transactions, but this can vary depending on your system configuration.
If your online systems use more than one Payment Method, repeat step 5 for each, and change the selection criteria from "all of the following apply" to "any of the following apply".
Click Save and provide a name for the report (e.g., "Online Sales Report").
Click Save and Open, then choose Export as Pivot.
Open the report in Excel. If prompted, click Enable Content.
In the Pivot Table, organise the following fields:
Filters/Columns:
- Sales Detail User ID
- Sales Detail Booking Cancelled
- Sales Detail Status
- Sales Detail Payment Method
- Sales Detail Contact ID
- Sales Detail Status Date
Rows:
- Product Hierarchy Cost Centre
- Product Hierarchy Department
- Product Hierarchy Product
Values:
- Sales Detail Quantity
- Sales Detail Gross Amount
(Optional adjustments in Excel Pivot Table:)
- Change the Pivot Table Design to Show in Tabular View.
- Re-group Sales Detail Status Date if needed.
- Select Do Not Show Subtotals.
- Change Gross Amount column format from General to Currency.
- To remove cancelled bookings, filter Sales Detail Booking Cancelled to “No”.
- Use the Sales Detail Status Date filter to select your desired date range (e.g., "Yesterday").
Save the Excel Pivot Table.

The default Payment Method for online transactions is traditionally WEB, but this may be different depending on your specific setup.
If your system uses multiple Payment Methods for online sales, be sure to include all relevant Payment Methods in your conditions.
