How to Configure Your Endurance Zone Integration
Problem
You want to set up and manage your integration with Endurance Zone to provide members access to rewards, and you would like to use the self-service portal to manage changes without contacting support.
Resolution
Step 1: Create Subscription Type Groups
- Decide how many Endurance Zone reward tiers you want to offer (up to 4 are available):
- All members access the same rewards (one tier).
- Pay As You Go members get entry-level rewards, while other members get enhanced rewards (two tiers).
- Multiple tiers based on membership categories such as Pay As You Go, Off-Peak, Peak, and Premium.
- In Plus2, go to:
Configuration > Financial > Subscription Type Groups. - Select New and provide an ID (e.g., "REW1") and a description.
- Create as many Subscription Type Groups as needed for your chosen scenario.
Allocating Subscriptions to Groups:
5. Go to Configuration > Financial > Subscription Type.
6. Select each Subscription Type you want to assign to an Endurance Zone tier.
7. Under the More Details tab, select Add.
8. Search for and add the relevant Subscription Type Group ID to the Subscription Type.
Note: It is strongly recommended to create new Subscription Type Groups specifically for rewards to simplify future changes.
Step 2: Map Subscription Type Groups to Endurance Zone Tiers
- In Operator, go to:
Configuration > Integrations > Endurance Zone. - Enter your unique API Key provided by Endurance Zone.
- For each Endurance Zone tier, use the Select Membership Type Groups search box to assign the appropriate Subscription Type Group(s).
- Once mapping is complete, enable the activation and select Save.
- The synchronization process will begin for all members who meet your criteria.
- Welcome emails will be sent out to those members.
- Synchronization time will depend on the number of members, but most synchronizations complete within 24 hours.
Notes
- For support with the Endurance Zone member synchronization, contact Endurance Zone at support@myezrewards.com.
- Although you can map multiple Subscription Type Groups to a single Endurance Zone tier, creating dedicated groups for rewards is recommended to avoid complications with future changes.
